negotiation of your draft(s).
4.以“汇票”条款，示其功能。
具有不同功能的信用证，要求在汇票正面和汇票背面列有不同的条款。
----依不可撤销跟单限制议付信用证所签发的汇票须注明开证银行名称及
信用证号码。

----开具汇票须注明本限定议付信用证的号码和日期。

不同功能的信用证，开证银行书写不同的内容的承诺条款，以求适应和表
示其功能。
----本银行（开证银行）向贵公司承诺，凡按本限制议付信用证各项条款
所签的汇票，到期付款不误。
----We hereby engage with you that all Draft (s) drawn in
conformity with the terms of this Restricted Negotiation Credit
will be duly honoured on presentation.
本条款涵义是表示开证银行对受益人的承诺，并说明付款银行只能向签发
汇票的出票人付款。
